هذا جزء من الجامع الصحيح للربيع بن حبيب بترتيب أبي يعقوب يوسف الوارجلاني على نحو ترتيب البخاري، وقد أخرج البخاري كثيرا من متون هذه الأحاديث وكذلك مسلم وأصحاب السنن (كما هو مثبت في هامش الصفحات)، وأكثر أسانيده من الثلاثيات، كما فيه بلاغات ومعلقات. وقد بلغت أحاديث هذا الجزء 390 حديثا الى باب أدب الطعام في كتاب الزكاة والصدقة.
