تناول الكتاب قسمين تم تقسيمهم إلى : الأول : اشتمل على دراسات ومقالات وشهادات عن السعافين ونقده وإبداعه، فيما اشتمل القسم الثاني على مجموعة واسعة من الدراسات التي أهديت إلى السعافين، واعتبر مقابلة في تصديره للكتاب، أنه كتاب المحبين تكريما للسعافين، داعيا إلى أن يتم ترسيخ تقليد التكريم بكتاب جماعي، واختارت اللجنة الثقافية المنبثقة عن معرض عمان الدولي للكتاب إبراهيم السعافين «شخصية المعرض الثقافية» للدورة السابعة عشرة التي تقام في تشرين الأول (أكتوبر) المقبل، وذلك لإنتاجه الإبداعي والثقافي المتميز، وتأثيره المعرفي والأكاديمي في الأردن والخارج خلال السنوات الماضية.
