هذا اجتهاد في تفسير القرآن على ذات منهج التوحيد، كان موضوع مدارسة علمية شورية حول الشيخ حسن الترابي قبل أن يعكف عليه ويحرره كتابا متسقا استهله بمقدمة شاملة لمنهجه في التفسير تمثل مستقلة أصولا لمنهج معرفي يستلهم القرآن ويضارع المناهج المعاصرة في الفلسفة ويفوقها بما يقبس من أضواء الكتاب والحكمة. وإذ يشتمل المجلد الأول من \"التفسير التوحيدي\" على الثلث الأول للقرآن من \"فاتحة\" الكتاب إلى \"سورة التوبة\"، يقدم لكل منها ب\"خلاصة هدي السورة\" إجمالا لكل معانيها وموضوعاتها في وحدة واتساق، ثم يلي ذلك \"ترتيل المعاني\" وهو التفسير للآيات آية فآية رتلا تتوالى معانيه وتتوحد، إضافة إلى \"عموم المعاني\" وهي خلاصات أخرى أوسع تفصيلا لجملة موصولة من الآيات في سورة يربطها نسق موضوعي ومعان موحدة بما يعين الذين تضيق أوقاتهم عن قراءة كامل نص التفسير، فيجدون بعض غنى في الإجمالات والخلاصات.
