Overview
الإصلاح نقيض الفساد، بل هو العلاج الأنجع في حالة استشراء الفساد والسبيل الأمثل للقضاء عليه، والإصلاح مفهوم واسع يشمل جميع جوانب الحياة التي يمسها الفساد، فهناك الإصلاح السياسي والقانوني والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والإداري، وقد ورد لفظ الإصلاح في القرآن الكريم عدة مرات، باعتباره نقيض الفساد قال تعالى (الذين يفســـدون في الأرض ولا يصلحون)(1). وقوله تعالى (وكان في المدينة تسعة رهط يفـــسدون في الأرض ولا يصلحون)(2). كما أن الإصلاح هو القاعدة والفساد هو الاستثناء، قال تعالى: (ولا تفسـدوا في الأرض بعد إصلاحها)(3)، وقد بين القرآن الكريم خطأ الذين يظنون أنهم مصلحون وفي الحقيقة أنهم مفسدون، قال تعالى (وإذا قيل لهم لا تفســـدوا في الأرض قالوا إنما نحن مصلحون) (4).
