مما لا شك فيه أن الإعلام العربي المرئي والمسموع والمكتوب قام بدور كبير جدا ومهم في مواجهة ما يسمى موجات الربيع العربي، خاصة في مصر، ومن وجهة نظري ما حدث منذ 2011 حتى الآن بالدول العربية لا يجب أن يطلق عليه ربيع عربي بل خريف عربي مليء بالعواصف والقلاقل والأزمات وهو ما كان يراد به استهداف مصر ومن هنا نجد أن الإعلام العربي والمصري نجحا في التصدي لما كان يحاك ببعض الأنظمة العربية خاصة في الفترة الأخيرة من محاولات تفكيك واستهداف لباقي الدول العربية وعلى رأسها مصر والسعودية والإمارات، فالمواطن العربي الواعي لم ينسق وراء الهجمة واستطاع أن يفرق بين محاولات التشكيك وفقدان الثقة وبين القومية العربية، فلم ينجر وراء جماعات الإسلام السياسي كما حدث في بعض الدول العربية.
