يتناول كتاب شفاء الغرامر بزيارة خير الأنام عليه أفضل الصلاة وأزكى الكلام موضوع الفقه الإسلامي حيث يشتمل على عشر أبواب، الأول : في الأحاديث الواردة في الزيارة. الثاني: في الأحاديث الدالة على ذلك وإن لم يكن فيها لفظ «الزيارة». الثالث : فيما ورد في السفر إليها. الرابع: في نصوص العلماء على استحبابها. الخامس : في تقرير كونها قربة. السادس: في كون السفر إليها قربة. السابع : في دفع شبه الخصم وتتبع كلماته. الثامن : في التوسل والاستغاثة. التاسع : في حياة الأنبياء عليهم الصلاة والسلام. العاشر: في الشفاعة؛ لتعلقها بقوله : «من زار قبري وجبت له شفاعتي».
