أهمية كتاب \"مقاربة أسس الشرعية في النظام السياسي المغربي\" للدكتورة هند عروب الذي نحن بصدد تقديم قراءة حوله، فقد تناولت فيه عروب مجموعة من الأسئلة الجسورة التي كانت إلى وقت قريب تشكل طابوهات يعد الاقتراب منها خطرا يجب تفاديه. والكتاب عبارة عن دراسة مطولة تحاول تفكيك الأسس التي يقوم عليها النظام السياسي في المغرب، وذلك عبر مساءلتها للجذور والبنيات التي تأسست عليها شرعية هذا النظام. وفي جانب آخر تحاول الكاتبة تعرية الوسائل والأساليب التي ينتهجها من أجل استمراريته وبقائه. وفي ما يلي سنقدم أهم النقط التي بدت لنا تفي بالمطلوب، وهذه بالطبع مجرد قراءة تعريفية لا تغني في شيء عن قراءة الكتاب.
