في الفصل الأول من هذه الدراسة تطرق د. أندلسي إلى مظهر تحليل التربية لدى نيتشه، وتناول فيه تصوره للثقافة كمفهوم وكمبادئ، كأهداف وكغايات، ويميز في ذلك التصور بين مستويين: مستوى الوظيفة المبدئية للثقافة، ومستوى الوظيفة التاريخية للثقافة ؛ كما حاول بلورة منظور نيتشه التيبولوجي للثقافة، من خلال التمييز بين «النموذج الارتكاسي» للثقافة وهو النموذج المهيمن والغالب، وبين «النموذج الفاعل» للثقافة، والذي يشكل أقلية، يتناول الفصل الثاني نقد نيتشه للثقافة الألمانية، وذلك بالاعتماد على نص «اعتبارات في غير أوانها»، وهو نص تربوي سجالي في عمقه، ينتمي إلى المرحلة الأولى من تطور الفكر النيتشوي، يعالج الفصل الثالث من الكتاب المظهر الثالث من المقاربة النيتشوية للتربية، حيث ينتقد نيتشه التربية المؤسساتية، بما هي تربية تفتقر إلى الأساس.
