الكتاب الذي أصدرته الوزارة، موضوع اللقاء العلمي، ويقع في جزءين، يتناول بين دفتيه مختلف مباحث الدرس العقدي، بدءا من أهمية موضوع العقيدة، والإلهيات، والنبوة، والغيبيات. والمحقق، الذي يعمل مدرسا بالتعليم العتيق وواعظا وخطيبا بمدينة تطوان، وأستاذا مشاركا في عدة لقاءات بيداغوجية تنظمها الوزارة، لم يقتصر على مدارسة ما في المخطوط، بل عمد إلى إدراج إضافات علمية وتعليقات في ثنايا الكتاب، أهمها تعريفه بالسادة علماء المغرب الذين عرفوا بتدوين العقيدة الأشعرية، وأن العقيدة الأشعرية هي عقيدة أهل السنة إجماعا، والتي تعد عقيدة تلامس العقل والوجدان والفكر، ومؤسسة بالبرهان والدليل لتنوع معارفها العلمية من علم للكلام والمنطق والحديث والفقه والأصول.
