في كتاب (اللهجة الديرية وأصولها في فصيح اللغة) والذي قام بتأليفه (الدكتور زهير حسون) في حوالي (663) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (لهجات اللغة العربية) تم عرض بعض الجذور اللغوية كما نطقت بها العرب حيث أورد منها ما جاء في القرآن الكريم وبعض الأشعار القديمة وفي عدد من معاجم اللغة، وهو مرتب ترتيبا هجائيا.
