يسعى الكاتب محمد شعيب الحمادي عضو اتحاد كتاب وأدباء الإمارات، في كتابه : \"متى يعيش الوطن فينا\" إلى غرس المبادئ الأساسية في المواطنة، وتنمية الذات، والمعرفة في مجالات تمس كل فرد من أفراد المجتمع الذين يمثلون الركيزة الأساسية للأوطان. وقال إن الكتاب \"توجيهي، ينتهج سبيل الارتقاء بالوعي الوطني\"، وأضاف : \"الكتاب لا يقتصر على مواطني الدولة .. بل يمس المجتمع العربي ككل .. لكنني تناولت الإمارات كنموذج وقدوة يحتذى بها في التلاحم والتناغم بين جميع أطياف الشعب وبين المواطن والقيادة\". ويتحدث الكتاب في القسم التعليمي عن كل ما له صلة بالفرد من تنمية ذاتية وكيفية الرقي بالفكر والسمو الذاتي الذي يدعو للتطوير والتحسين المستمر .. أما القسم الإداري فيتحدث عن كيفية العمل الإداري وأهدافه وعناصره بإيجاز شديد على شكل ومضات إدارية.
