يتناول كتاب (نص اتفاقية سيناء وملحقاتها السرية) في حوالي (26) صفحة من القطع المتوسط مستعرضا نصوص هذه الاتفاقية وعلى ملاحقها السرية والبنود التي تم الاتفاق عليها بين جمهورية مصر العربية وحكومة إسرائيل، ومن أهم البنود المذكورة : بند 1 : حل النزاع بينها بالطرق السلمية وليس بالقوة العسكرية. بند 2 : أن يلتزم الجانبان بعدم اتخاذ أسلوب التهديد باستخدام القوة أو بفرض حسار عكسري يقوم به طرف ضد الآخر. بند 3 : يواصل الجانبان المحافظة والحرص على وقف اطلاق النار في البر والبحر والجو. بند 4 : تنتشر القوات العسكرية للجانبين على الأسس المتفق عليها.
