هذا كتاب \"الأساس لعقائد الأكياس\" لمؤلفه الإمام المنصور بالله القاسم بن محمد بن علي المتوفى سنة 1620 م. حقق الكتاب وعلق عليه الأستاذ محمد قاسم عبد الله الهاشمي، بتصحيح ما ورد في الطبعات السابقة، بالاعتماد على النسخ المخطوطة من خزانة شيخه ووالده العلامة صلاح بن محمد الهاشمي، وهي نسخة قديمة تعود إلى عصر المؤلف فخرج الآيات، وترجم لأكثر الرجال الذين ذكروا وكذلك الفرق الإسلامية، مع الشرح والتعليق لبعض الألفاظ اللغوية والشواهد .. وغيرها مما يتطلبه العمل في المخطوطة.
