يبرز هنا المؤلف مقبل بن علي الدعدي الأثر الذي قد تكون احدثته السياسة في اللغة العربية بالتحديد على مستوى البنى والتراكيب وطرق النحت والاستحداث المفردات اللغوي. كما سعى لبيان تاريخ علاقات التاثير والتاثر بين المحيط السياسي والدراسات اللغوية المختلفة فضلا عن تولد المصطلحات وتغير البنى والدلالات اللغوية بتاثير الواقع السياسي. إن المتأمل في بعض المقالات، والأبحاث الحديثة يلحظ حضور مصطلحات كلمات كانت غائبة قبل سنوات وكلمات تغير مدلولها، وأسلوبا في الخطاب غير معهود، ولو قارن ذلك ببعض المقالات المكتوبة قديمة، فستكون النتيجة اختلافا في الأسلوب وتجديدا في المصطلحات، وسيجد كلمات كانت حاضرة فحظر استعمالها.
