Overview
إن كل علم له أصوله وخلفياته ومصطلحاته، ولعل الخطوة الأولى على طريق فهم أي علم من العلوم هو التعرف على مصطلحات هذا العلم، ومن المعروف أن الإدارة التربوية هي أحد فروع علم التربية، وقبل الخوض في ماهية الإدارة التربوية لا بد من الإجابة عن السؤال العام الذي يطرح عادة وهو: هل التربية علم ؟ إن الإجابة على هذا السؤال من وجهة نظرنا بسيطة وهي أن كل ما يبحث بطريقة علمية منهجية هو علم مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار أن بعض الأمور كالمادة مثلا نستطيع أن نبحثها بطريقة علمية منهجية تامة، ولكن الأمور المتصلة بالإنسان لا نستطيع أن نبحثها بنفس المستوى من العلمية والمنهجية.
