هذا الكتاب يدور حول مسألتي التربية والشورى داخل الحركة الإسلامية والغاية منه طرح سؤال ما العمل حتى يتخرج من الجماعات الإسلامية أهل الربانية والإحسان الموقنون بأن الاستبداد لا يمكن أن يستقيم مع الشرع الحنيف وأنه وإن اتخذ أشكالا وألوانا فلا بد من مدافعته وممانعته حتى ولو تدثر بدثار التربية ؟ ولا يحصل ذلك إلا باليقين أن الحل الأمثل يكون بجعل الشورى فقها تنظيميا مشاعا في الصف لا يتنازل عنها بأي حال من الأحوال، والتربية الإيمانية تسعى إلى تأليف القلوب وتسعى الشورى إلى توحيد التصور بين أعضاء التنظيم وإنها لمعادلة صعبة أن تتآخى العواطف والعقول ولكن قوة التنظيم ونجاعته وفاعليته مرتهنة بذلك.
