كتاب بعنوان : \"هشاشة العظم، المرض الصامت\" ويقع الكتاب في مئة وتسع عشرة صفحة وفيها اتبعت الحجاح أسلوب البحث العلمي الدقيق، بداية بإعطاء فكرة عامة عن العظام، ثم بنبذة عن مرض هشاشة العظام ومدى انتشاره، وعوامل خطر وأسباب الإصابة بمرض هشاشة العظام، ثم بالآثار المترتبة على الإصابة بمرض هشاشة العظام. كما عرجت في حديثها على طرق تشخيص هشاشة العظام، والوقاية منه، مع توضيح طرق العلاج سواء أكانت علاجا وقائيا أم دوائيا، مع شرح كيفية التعايش معه بصورة آمنة، وختمت هذه الأقسام بذكر المصادر التي رجعت إليها في رصد هذه الدراسة، عرضتها جميعا بأسلوب سلس للقارئ، سواء من ناحية ذكر المصطلحات العلمية، أو شرح التفاصيل الدقيقة عن المرض، وكأنه صاحب لا بد من مرافقته مع الزمن شاء المريض أم أبى.
