وجاء تناول موضوع \"علاقة الرحمة بالقوة والعزة\" مشاركة من كرسي الأمير سلطان بن عبد العزيز للدراسات الإسلامية المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال مقدمة مختصرة، ثم التعريف بمصطلحات العنوان، وعلاقتها بالموضوع، ثم مبحثين وخمسة مطالب، المبحث الأول : الرحمة في الإسلام لا تعني الضعف، وفيه مطلبان : الأول : خطر الخلط بين الرحمة والضعف، والثاني : خطر تنزيل أحكام الضعف على الرحمة، المبحث الثاني : القوة في الإسلام لا تعني الشدة والتشدد والإرهاب. وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : الأول : الرحمة والإحسان قوة وعزة، والثاني : رحمة القوة في تطبيقات الدعوة، والثالث : قوة الرحمة في تطبيقات الجهاد. ثم تعقيب على بعض شبهات المرجفين حول غلظة الإسلام والمسلمين، ثم خاتمة تشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات، ثم فهرس الموضوعات المصادر والمراجع.
