لقد بذل المؤلف الإستراتيجي الأستاذ الدكتور عصام ابن يحيى الفيلالي جهده في بيان سمات القائد الناجح في المئة اليوم الأولى من توليه المسؤولية، تلك الأيام التي تبرز بوضوح مسار العمل وسياساته في المنشأة، وتبرز بوضوح كذلك إمكانات القائد في تسيير العمل في عيون العاملين في المنشأة وفي عيون رؤسائه، لا سيما أن المتعارف عليه بين الناس أن أي مسؤول جديد يحاول أن يبرز ببصمة تكاد تكون مختلفة عمن سبقه، ولذلك يقول المثل الشعبي : «بشر النخل بفلاح جديد». والأصل في الفلاح أنه قيادي أو إداري أو كلاهما، بخلاف ما هو منتشر في بعض الأوساط الثقافية الشعبية أن الفلاح يمثل البساطة والعفوية وربما السذاجة، والفلاح ليس كذلك.
