يأتي هذا الكتاب الذي يقصد به إثارة اهتمام القارئ بالمبادئ والأسس الإدارية. والكتاب لا يأتي بجديد في الأصول والمبادئ العلمية، ولكنه جديد كل الجدّة في أسلوب العرض الشائق والجذاب والذي قصد منه إثارة اهتمام القارئ الى جانب ذلك فقد كان لدى المؤلف أهداف ثلاثة تحكمت في عرضه لمختلف موضوعات كتابه هذا أولها أنه أراد أن يكون مؤلف. هذا ليس مرجعاً يحفظه القارئ طالباً كان أو مديراً أو زميلاً، ولكنه قصد من عرف مادته العلمية أن تكون مثيرة للتفكير والبعد كل البعد عن أسلوب التلقين والحفظ. وثانيها: أن المؤلف أراد معالجة مختصرة ولكن شاملة لعملية الإدارة وفي شكل مباشر وأقل مكان، بحيث يكون الكتاب مرجعاً بسيطاً وشائقاً للطلاب والمديرين الممارسين الذين يريدون تحديث معرفتهم ومهاراتهم.
