يتناول المؤلف الحديث في هذا الكتاب عن البشارات التي وردت في الأسفار المقدسة عن رسول الله -صلى الله علية وسلم- وهو يعتمد في استنباطها على ما يعتمده المسيحيون من الكتب المقدسة وقد حاول أن يجمع كل ما ورد في هذا الكتاب محللا له ومبسطا، بحيث يتيسر للقارئ غير المتخصص فهم المراد من هذه البشارات ووجه انطباقها على رسول الله -صلى الله علية وسلم- والسبب الذي دعا المؤلف إلى بدء هذه السلسلة بهذه البشارات هو ما تحمله من التنبيهات التي تحمل المنصفين على البحث عن النبي الموعود الذي وردت الأسفار المقدسة بالتبشير به.
