يتناول هذا الكتاب (شارل حلو واتفاق القاهرة : حقائق وأسرار) والذي قام بتأليفه (جو خوري الحلو) في حوالي (431 صفحة) من القطع المتوسط موقف الرئيس اللبناني شارل الحلو اتجاه أزمة الأشهر السبعة سنة 1969، وذلك وفق ما كشفت عنه وثائق الخارجية الأميركية التي تظهر كيف وقف وحيدا في وجه الفدائيين سالكا لذلك كل السبل إلى أن توصل إلى التفكير بما لم يخطر على باله أنه سيفكر به قبل أن تدور الدائرة عليه وعلى لبنان ويصل إلى الاستنتاج الذي لم يكن أحد بعد قد سبقه إليه.
