سيقتصر بحثنا في هذا الكتاب على عقدين فقط من العقود المسماة هما : البيع باعتباره أهم نموذج على العقود الناقلة الملكية، والإيجار باعتبار أهم نموذج على العقود الوارد على منفعة الأشياء، ويعود السبب في الاقتصار على هذين العقدين إلى ان مساق العقود المسماة الذي يدرس في الجامعات الأردنية يقتصر عليهما فقط، وعليه نقسم هذا الكتاب إلى جزأين : الجزء الأول : عقد البيع، الجزء الثاني: عقد الإيجار.
