Overview
تأكيدا لحماية الحرية الشخصية فقد تدخل المشروع فى تعديل الأخير لقانون الإجراءات الجنائية، بالنص على بدائل للحبس الإحتياطى وتقرير حق المحبوس إحتياطيا فى التعويض الأدبى بنشر كل حكم بات ببراءة من سبق حبسه إحتياطيا، وكذلك كل أمر صادر بألا وجه لإقامة الدعوى الجنائية قبله، أما التعويض المادى عن الحبس الإحتياطى فى الحالتين المشار إليهما فى الفقرة السابقة فقد أشارت المادة (312 مكرر) إلى أنه سوف يصدر بها قانون خاص وهو ما ندعو المشروع إلى الإسراع فى تقريره بتشريع مستقل لإستكمال منظومة إحترام حقوق الإنسان فى حالات الحبس الإحتياطى.
