كتاب دراسات فى الجغرافيا الطبيعية للصحارى العربية تأليف د. جودة حسنين جودة، عرض الكاتب في هذا الكتاب نتائج أبحاثه في أربعة عشر فصلا، حيث يعرض خلالها لعامل التعرية الهوائية حيث تنقل عملية الاكتساح المواد الدقيقة، وتترك المواد الخشنة في شكل غطاء يتكون من صخور وحصى يتناثر هنا وهناك، كما يعرض لعصور المطر في الصحراء الكبرى، الإفريقية ويتحدث عن العصر المطير في ليبيا، إذ أدت التغيرات المناخية والهبوط السريع لدرجات الحرارة إلى تجليد النطاقات الأرضية الشمالية ثم يقدم دراسة جيومورفولوجية مناخية لبرقة والبطنان (ليبيا) في أواخر الزمن الثالث وأوائل الزمن الرابع، كما يعرض كذلك لجيومورفولوجية الجبل الغربي منذ نشوءه حتى العصر الحديث، وللتطور الجيومورفولوجي للصحراء الليبية التي كانت أول قسم ظهر من ألراضي الليبية فوق سطح البحر.
