تطرق في الفصل الأول منها إلى السيرة الذاتية والعلمية للشيخ أحمد بن محمد الآقْحِصاري، فذكر اسمه، وولادته ونشأته، وصفاته وأخلاقه، ومؤلفاته، ومكانته العلمية وأقوال العلماء فيه. ثم أنتقل للحديث عن موضوع وأهمية الرسالة والنسخ التي أعتمدها في التحقيق. وفي الفصل الثاني من الدراسة تناول واقع الأرضي الزراعية من المنظور الإسلامي، فذكر أنواع الأراضي الزراعية في الدولة الإسلامية، والقطائع في المنظور الإسلامي وهي الأراضي التي يمنحها الإمام لشخص من الأشخاص ليعمرها وينتفع بها. وتناول أيضاً مفهوم إحياء الأراضي الموات.
