صدر بالتزامن مع احتفالات الدولة باليوم الوطني الأربعين لذكرى قيام دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، والذي يشهد ولأول مرة مشاركة سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي راعي الجائزة بعدد من الأعمال من تصويره الخاص ضم صورا فوتوغرافية لأربعين مصورا ومصورة فوتوغرافية من مواطني الدولة على رأسهم سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد ال مكتوم ولي عهد دبي رئيس المجلس التنفيذي راعي الجائزة، وذلك خلال حفل شهده معالي عبد الرحمن العويس وزير الثقافة والشباب وتنمية المجتمع ، رئيس مجلس امناء الجائزة، في فندق الميدان بدبي، بحضور حشد من الاعلاميين والمصورين وذوي العلاقة. حيث لم يسبق لسموه عرض أعماله في فن التصوير سواء في معارض أو أية إصدارات. يحمل الإصدار الذي استمد اسمه وطريقة عرضه من روح الاتحاد والاحتفالات المتزامنة مع مناسبة اليوم الوطني حيث تم حصر عدد أربعين مصورا إماراتيا على عدد سنين عمر الاتحاد، وعرض سبع صور لكل منهم في هذا الإصدار في إشارة إلى الإمارات السبع.
