تحكي قصة (أول الشهداء العشرة المبشرين بالجنة) الصادرة عن دار المكتبي، براعم المكتبي تحت سلسلة في كل ليلة حكاية، والتي قام بتأليفها (محمد عمر الحاجي) في حوالي (16) صفحة من القطع المتوسط، عن حكاية الليلة عن خليفة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الفاروق عمر بن الخطاب -رضي الله عنه- فهو ثاني المبشرين بالجنة بعد أبي بكر الصديق-رضي الله عنه-، ولكنه أول الشهداء المبشرين بها... ومن خلال أحداث القصة نتعرف على مواقف سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب، وسيرته، وتوليه الخلافة، ووصيته لمن يخلفه من بعده من العشرة المبشرين بالجنة-رضي الله عنهم وأرضاهم-جميعا.
