يتناول كتاب (في الموشحات الأندلسية) والذي قامه بتأليفه (فؤاد رجائي) في حوالي (239) صفحة من القطع المتوسط دراسة مهمة للدكتور رجائي عن توافق الإيقاعين الشعري والموسيقي، وعن أساليب تلحين الموشحات الأندلسية الموروثة في حلب، كما ضم الكتاب تدوينا موسيقيا، من قبل الأستاذ نديم الدرويش، ابن الشيخ علي الدرويش، لإحدى وعشرين وصلة تضمنت 122 موشحا و16 سماعيا، دونت الموشحات كوصلات حسب المقام، ثم رتبت حسب تسلسل الإيقاعات، كتبت كلمات كل موشح بعد اكتمال تدوينه، كما وضع مخططان للمقام الموسيقي والإيقاع.
