ظهرت مؤلفات أصول في التداولية، لمؤلفين مؤسسين، من أمثال جورج لانكشو أوستين، وجون سيرل، وبول كرايس، وجاك موشلار، وغيرهم كثير، وكذلك ظهرت دراسات عربية، ترجمت لتلك المؤلفات، حاول المؤلف تبسيطها، وطبقها على النصوص القرآنية، والنصوص العربية الفصيحة من جهة النثر والشعر، إلا أنها أبقت التداولية متسمة بالشمول، والاتساع، والصعوبة على المتعلم، والراغب بالتطلع ؛ حتى يكاد يتخبط هنا وهناك ليحصل على كتاب يشرح له التداولية، ويعرفه بها، فقد أدرك المؤلف حجم الحاجة الماسة لكتاب يعد مدخلا لها عند طلاب المعرفة، فقام بتأليف هذا الكتاب المبسط، ليصير المقصد منه التوصل إلى بيان أمر المعنى فيها، والتعريف بمفهومها، وبداياتها، والتحولات التي رافقتها، ثم أنواعها، من دون امتعاض.
