Overview
تحكي هذه القصة وقائع من حياة ابن وزير إمبراطور اليابان، الشجاع يوريواكه، الذي أرسل لمعاقبة أعداء يهجمون على إحدى أراضي الإمبراطور. يرحل يوريواكه في أسطول سفن، وبعد إنهاء المهمة يخونه ضابطاه، الأخوان بيبو، ويتركانه في جزيرة سعيا للاستئثار بمجد النصر والعطاء. يبقى يوريواكه فوق الجزيرة وحيدا حتى يعود إلى موطنه بعد مساعدة من صيادين، ليجد هناك الأخوان بيبو قد استحوذا على قلعته ومنصبه، ويضايق الأخ تارو زوجة يوريواكه عارضا عليها الزواج بإلحاح رغما عنها، تكلل عودة يوريواكه بالنجاح بعد أن يشترك في مسابقة الرماية بالقوس والسهم وينتقم من الأخوين الخائنين.
