رواية مرعبة جدا، تحاكي من زاوية أخرى الوجع العراقي الذي لا يريد أن يصل إلى نهاية أبدا، يبقى الستار مفتوحا أن اعتبرنا العراق أكبر مسرح على الأرض، يعرض أكثر المسرحيات تراجيديا، حيث تقوم الجثث بأداء أدوار خانقة، ويكون الديكور أشلاء ودماء الضحايا الأبرياء... ستتساءل حين تنهي هذه الرواية : ألا تتوقف الجثث في بغداد العراق عن التزاحم؟ ألا يمكن للعراقي أن يموت ميتة هانئة في فراشه الدافئ يحيط به الأقربون إلى قلبه ويودعونه بهدوء، أم أنه يتوجب عليه أن تتطاير أشلاء حتى تصعد روحه؟ حجم المعاناة جعل الجثث تتكلم في هذه الرواية وتكشف أن الدم العراقي أراقه جميع الأطياف العراقية كلها دون استئذان، مشرحة بغداد تحمل رعبا شيقا، حارس المشرحة بطل أسطوري رغم هزالة جسده... لكنه واجه ما لا يتحمل العمالقة.
