بنو وانودين أسرة بربرية الأصل تننتمي إلة قبيلة هنتانة المصمودية وتنسب إلى عميدها يوسف بن وانودين وقد أدت دورا كبيرا في تاريخ الموحدين منذ إبتداء دعوتهم على يد المهدي محمد بن تومرت في حوالي 514 هـ/ 1120م وحتى أوخر عصر دولتهم وتحديدا سنة (665 هـ/ 1266-1269 م) وقد تمثل ذلك الدور في في مجال نشر الدعوة الموحدية.
