هذا الكتاب لم يغن العطري المكتبة العربية بإبداعاته المكتوبة فحسب، وإنما أغنى الفكر العربي والثقافة العربية عبر العديد من اللقاءات الإذاعة والتلفزيونية والتي كان يسارع في تلبية الدعوة إليها طالما ترفد الفكر القومي وتغذي الوجدان الوطني، فقد شرفت به في العديد منها، في مناسبات وطنية شتى، كان آخرها عبر الفيلم التلفزيوني الذي أعددته : ميسلون ... العين والمخرز، لقد قدم العطري لبلاده خدمات جلى، وإذا كان تقدير الرجال، كما يقول الأديب الكبير مدحة عكاش، يقاس بما يقدمونه لبلادهم من خدمات وما ينجزون من أعمال فقد عمل (العطري) في سبيل رفعة الأدب وخدمة اللغة ما يجعله في مقدمة الأوائل من رواد الحركة الفكرية في هذا البلد.
