في هذا النص، يجد القارئ نفسه أمام جملة واحدة من حيث المعنى، افتتح المؤلف بالدعوة إلى الخير عن طريق صلواته، ثم عالج يتيمة العلم والقدرة، متبعا أسلوب الصوفية بكلمة أوقفني سائل عن لطائف الفضائل \"بدن سقيم، وداء مقيم، ودواء عقيم؟!\" قلت : \"أو ليس لي رب كريم؟\" قال : \"بلى\" قلت : \"علمي العظام، وهي رميم! قال : بلى. ولعل ما قدمه مناجاة لربه في ساعة وجد إيماني، مستدعيا لغة الصوفية، أوصلته لذروة الفكرة. إن هذا الكتاب هو خطاب الذات الصوفية الشاعرة في نفسها، حين يخوض صاحبها في غمار من أسرته الروحية، التي استحالت إلى مغامرة لغوية، أشرك فيها القارئ بصفته مدعوا للغوص في قضايا الروح المتعالية على مقتضيات المادة الزائلة. ويستكمل معالجة موضوعات نصه الصوفي على نفس الوتيرة، التقوى والتوكل والصبر والزهد والحكمة ومقام الصلاح والمعية والولاية والتربة، مستدلا بآيات من القرآن الكريم، من دون سواه.
