يتميز معرض (الخروج عن المألوف) لجماعة الجدار التشكيلية التي تأسست عام 1994 والتي تحتضنها مؤسسة العويس الثقافية كل عام بتعدد المدارس الفنية وتنوع الأساليب فيها بإيقاعات رمزية تعبيرية مختلفة. ومنذ إطلاقتها ومن خلال بيانها الأول دعت جماعة الجدار لخلق حوار واع بينها وبين المبدعين في جميع المجالات وخصوصا الفنانين التشكيليين الآخرين وخاصة الشباب منهم لما لهم من أهمية في حمل الرسالة ومواصلة الطريق.
