في سياق المساهمة في عرض وتبسيط أساليب التحليل المالي و أدواته يأتي هذا الكتاب ليغطي مفردات مادة (تحليل القوائم المالية) التي تشكل إحدى مواد قسم المحاسبة في كلية الاقتصاد والتي عادت إلى مناهج هذا القسم بعد غياب استمر لعدة سنوات سابقة. وسنحاول في هذا الكتاب-الذي يأخذ بشكل أساسي صفة الكتاب التدريسي-أن نقدم المعلومات الأساسية لمواضيع تحليل القوائم المالية بالشكل الذي يوسع المساحة المعرفية والتحليلية لطلاب كلية الاقتصاد ولا سيما المختصين منهم بالمحاسبة، وأن يتضمن، كما نرجو، من جهة أخرى معلومات مفيدة للمهتمين-بمتابعة وتحليل الأوضاع المالية للمنشآت الاقتصادية خاصة ونحن على موعد غير بعيد مع افتتاح سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية.
