Overview
يتناول المجلد الأول : أحكام حق الملكية بوجه عام من حيث تعريفه وخصائصه ومضمونه ونطاقة والقيود الواردة عليه وأحكام الملكية على الشيوع في القسم الأول. ثم يعرض القسم الثاني أهم الحقوق المتفرعة عن الملكية وهي الانتفاع والاتفاق. أما المجلد الثاني : فهو يتناول أسباب كسب الملكية وهي : إحراز المباحات والاتصال والشفعة والحيازة. أما بقية أسباب كسب الملكية وهي الضمان والميراث والوصية والعقد فهي إما تطبيق قواعد عامة كالعقد والضمان وإما أنها تقع ضمن مقررات أخرى كالميراث والوصية، ومن ثم لن يتناولها الكتاب.
