وبعد فهذه شذرات كنت أنشرها في جريدة المفيد، تحت عنوان \"عظمة الناشئين\" وبإمضاء \"أبي الفياض\". وقد كان لها في نفوس اقراء جميل الوقع، وعظيم التأثير. وكان كثير منهم يستحسن أن تطبع هذه العظات في كتاب وتنشر بين من لم يكن يطالع تلك الجريدة. فلما قتلت هذا الأمر يقينا، عزمت على نشرها بين شبان الأمة لتكون لهم نبراسا وهدى. والله الموفق.
