ذكر سماحته في هذا الكتاب عن مسألة الوطء المحرم والآثار المترتبة من بعده في حرمة النكاح وقد قسم الكتاب إلى محورين اثنين المحور الأول في تأصيل هذه المسألة فقهيا وبيان آراء الفقهاء فيها : المبحث الأول. في مذاهب العلماء في انتشار الحرمة بالوطء المحرم وذكر أن الأمة كلهم قالوا أن الوطء الحلال ينشر حرمة النكاح في الأصول والفروع وإنما اختلفوا في الوطء الحرام هل له هذا الحكم ؟ ثم قال ولهم في ذلك مذاهب. المذهب الأول يرى أن الوطء الحرام كالوطء الحلال. وهذا مروي عن عدد من الصحابة. واستدلوا بروايات كثيرة منها رواية البيهقي في السنن \"لا ينظر آلله إلى رجل نظر إلى فرج امرأة وابنتها\"
