هذا كتاب يجمع شعر القيرواني الأندلسي، من شعراء القرن الخامس الهجري في القيروان، وفي صقلية، ومن ثم في الأندلس. ويبدو أن عوادي الزمن أتت على شعر هذا الشاعر فلم نعثر على شيء واف من شعره يمكننا من خلاله الحكم عليه موضوعا وفنا، أو حتى يمكننا أن نلمس آثار التجربة الشعرية والشعورية لديه، إلا أن الباقي من شعره والذي ضمه هذا المجموع يضعنا 2 الكثير من شعره أمام شاعر في شعره سمات النضوج والتميز، ولو قدر الله للظروف أن تكون بجانبه لكان شعره أكثر مما هو الآن، نظما وإبداعا.
