هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر مرونة الموارد البشرية المتمثل في أبعاده (مرونة المهارة، والمرونة السلوكية، ومرونة نظام الموارد البشرية، والمرونة المحفزة لنظام الموارد البشرية) على السلوك الإبداعي بأبعاده (قابلية التغيير، وحل المشكلات. وتشجيع الإبداع) لدى العاملين في شركات لاتصالات الأردنية. حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع شركات لاتصالات (زين. وأورانج، وأمنية) وجرى سحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة تكونت من (189) من العاملين في مختلف المستويات الإدارية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وغاياتها قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة خاصة كأداة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (45) فقرة.
