تناول هذا الكتاب سيرة الزعيم إبراهيم هنانو، وقد قسم الكتاب إلى أبواب وفصول حيث جاء الباب الأول ليدرس سيرة الزعيم قبل الثورة من خلال تقديم بطاقته الذاتية وأعماله حتى إعلان الثورة، الباب الثاني : فقد ألقى الضوء في الفصل الأول على الحالة العامة لسورية ومن قدم ولادة الثورة كمولود طبيعي متكامل وفي وقته وظرفه، والباب الثالث تكلم عن نشاطات الثورة وجهاد الثوار وانتصاراتهم وسميت المرحلة بالأيام المضيئة، كما تضمن انتهاء العمل العسكري للثورة وإلقاء القبض على الزعيم ومحاكمته وتحوله للنضال السياسي، والباب الرابع تحدث عن بناء شخصية الزعيم وسمات القائد وأهليته.
