في هذا السجل نجد أنه مرتب ترتيبا هجائيا حسب المكتبات، وكل مكتبة رتبت عناوينها ترتيبا هجائيا على حدة مع ذكر أرقام ورودها التي بقيت كما وردت في سجل المكتبة الظاهرية. وتم التأكد من أرقام ورود العناوين بمقارنتها بسجل المكتبة الظاهرية العام وقاعدة بيانات المكتبة، وتم تصحيح أخطاء كثيرة تتعلق بنسبة المؤلفين للعناوين بالعودة للمصادر. ثم أفرد المؤلف أرقام كل مكتبة على حدة ورتبها ترتيبا رقميا.
