يقدم الكاتب في هذا العمل-موسوعة في أطلس تختص بالأديان، تعرف بالأديان السماوية والوضعية حيث قسم الأطلس إلى قسمين رئيسيين : القسم الأول : ويتضمن الديانات السماوية بالتفصيل والكتب التي أنزلها الله على أصحابها مثل : (الحنيفية-اليهودية-الصابئة-النصرانية-الإسلام). القسم الثاني : ويتضمن الديانات الوضعية القديمة التي وضعت من قبل بشر لهم مالهم وعليهم ما عليهم ؟ وإن كان في أصول بعضها يعود إلى أنبياء بعثوا في مجتمعاتهم، لكن الأتباع حرفوا هذا الدين وبدلوا ما فيه ؟ كالديانة المجوسية والهندوسية والبوذية والكونفوشيوسية والطاوية والشنتوية والجينية والإغريقية والرومانية الخ. لقد ارتكز هذا الأطلس على الخريطة الجغرافية بحسها التاريخي والاجتماعي والثقافي والتصميمي، إضافة إلى دور الصورة (الفوتوغرافية) المعززة لمسرح الحدث، حيث قام الكاتب بجولات ميدانية مسحية عبر سنوات مختلفة على معظم مسرح أحداث الديانات السماوية وبعض الوضعية.
