هذا الكتاب به يتناول الدكتور عبد القادر نظريات ومداخل وإستراتيجيات تعتبر من أحدث مداخل التدريس والتعلم المتبعة في التربية والمندرجة تحت مظلة التعليم والتعلم الفعال ويتضمن هذا الكتاب سبعة فصول الفصل الأول بعنوان التدريس الفعال (مفهومه، مهاراته، مكوناته) وينهى الكاتب هذا الكتاب بالفصل السابع وهو فصل تطبيقي يضم دروسا تطبيقية على النماذج والإستراتيجيات السابقة وتوضح استخدامها في التدريس بما يحقق التدريس الفعال للمعلم والتعلم الفعال للمتعلم وهذا ما يميز ذلك الكتاب عن غيره لكونه يتناول الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي معا ومعالجته لبعض أهم المشكلات التي يعانى منها التعليم في العالم العربي.
