يضم كتاب (أبو تمام الطائي : مصادر دراسته ومراجعها) والذي قام بتأليفه الدكتور(عدنان محمد غزال) في حوالي (332) صفحة، أربعة أجزاء: الجزء الأول: فقد خصص لتعريف القدماء بأبي تمام بدءا من القرن الثالث الهجري حتى القرن الثالث عشر الهجري. الجزء الثاني : خصص للحديث عن ديوان الشاعر مخطوطًا ومطبوعا. الجزء الثالث : خاص بالحماسة، مخطوطة ومطبوعة، وفيه صور مطالع المخطوطات ونهاياتها وأرقام حفظها. الجزء الرابع : ببليوغرافيا عنوانها : أبو تمام وشعره في المراجع الحديثة، وتتوزعه أقسام ثلاثة، الأول منها : الكتب التي أفردت سيرته وشعره بالتأليف، والثاني : الكتب التي عرضت له ولشعره، والثالث : المقالات والقصائد المفردة له ولشعره.
