هذا الكتاب يشمل دراسة مبسطة عن بعض محاصيل الخضر الغير منتشرة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ثم وضعنا تصورا لدراسة كل جزء نباتي على حدة، (الجذر)-الساق-الأوراق-الأزهار والثمار داخل معظم العائلات النباتية حتى يتسنى للقارئ الإلمام السريع بالفرق الناشئ بينها في بعض الأحيان وذلك من الناحية المورفولوجية فيسهل بذلك الوصف النباتي الدقيق ويضع تصورا كاملا لمحاصيل الخضر داخل العائلات المختلفة أمام الطالب والقارئ فتظهر بذلك أهمية كل جزء نباتي عند الزراعة والإنتاج والتربية والحصاد.
