العراق سينما رواية وثقت الوجع العراقي منذ بدايات حكم الطاغية صدام وحتى مظاهر القتل والطائفية ما بعد 2003 وأبطالها (السارد العليم / خضير/ نجم) كانوا يحلمون بان ينتجوا فيلما سينمائيا لذا كتبوا على ظاهر أقدامهم كلمات (كاتب / مخرج / ممل) (ممثل) ولكن دونما نقاط، الكاتب بالتأكيد كان السارد العليم ابن المعلمة (جمهورية) نقطة انطلاق أحداث الرواية ورغم خليط الزمكانية التي يبنيها الروائي في بنية نصه إلا أن الثيمة المركزية التي تتأسس من خلال الشخصيات الرئيسة تدور وقائعها في البصرة، هي رواية تؤرشف وجعنا مع الحروب وادانة كبرى لتلك الحروب وانعكاساته على المجتمع، جمالية التقابل وتوظيف الدلالات اللغوية شكلت بناء مهمة ضمن سرديات السعد، وظفها رمزيا للإدانة والنقد والاستهجان والسخرية والتهكم في مجمل ما جاء بفضاء روايته.
