Overview
يبدأ الكاتب أولى فصول هذا الكتاب بموضوع أهمية الوقت ومعناه في اللغة ووروده في القرآن الكريم، ثم ينتقل في الفصل الثاني إلى الحديث عن الفراغ، أسبابه، كيف يفتن الإنسان فيه؟ وكيفية التصرف في وقت الفراغ ؛ اغتنام الفرص وبعض الحقائق والنصوص الواردة في هذا الشأن يجدها القارئ الكريم في الفصل الثالث. أما الفصل الرابع فيجيب عن سؤال مهم ألا وهو : كيف تنظم أوقاتك؟ ويذكر الكاتب أربع قواعد مهمة في تنظيم الوقت والأعمال وبعض النصوص الإسلامية المتعلقة بذلك. يتبع ذلك فصل خامس أخير يجيب عن السؤال الأهم : كيف تستثمر أوقاتك بنجاح؟ إضافة إلى عرض عشرون قاعدة في استثمار الوقت، والجوانب التي يجب أن تصرف فيها الأوقات وتستثمر.
